Services are provided under the plan you choose and are billed in advance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
You agree not to use our servers for spam, malware, phishing or any unlawful content. We may suspend an account that puts other customers at risk.
New shared hosting orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domains and dedicated servers are excluded.
We aim for 99.9% network uptime. Service credits for longer outages are described in our SLA.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We collect the details you give us (name, email, phone, company) to create and manage your account.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We never see or store your password in readable form.
