Will you move my existing website for free?
Yes. On every plan our engineers copy your files, databases and email from your current host, test everything on our servers and only then ask you to switch your domain.
How can I pay?
You can pay with FPX online banking, Visa or Mastercard, or DuitNow QR. Business customers can also request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
Where are my website and data stored?
On servers we own and operate in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Encrypted backups are kept at a second site so you can restore even if a whole server fails.
Is an SSL certificate included?
Every plan includes a free SSL certificate that installs and renews automatically, so your visitors always see the padlock.
Can I upgrade later without downtime?
You can move up to a bigger plan from your client area at any time. We credit the unused part of your current billing period, and your website stays online during the move.
